Utilizing state of the art strain wave gear technology for both RA /*C*and*C*/ DEC movement, the HAE29s deliver unparalleled weight to payload efficiency. Its black anodized metal CNC machined body is /*C*not*C*/ only appealing to the eye, it’s a rugged platform that will perform at the highest level for many years to come. Unique features include an electronic friction brake that allows the mount to stop safely.

An HAE29 mount can be controlled by a computer, either via ASCOM/Commander for a Windows PC /*C*or*C*/ a third party INDI driver for a MacOS software; a Smartphone/Tablet via iOptron Commander Lite /*C*or*C*/ an App /*C*like*C*/ Sky Safari; /*C*or*C*/ a Raspberry Pi device via INDI driver, “C” models (internal main board versions) with built-in Wi-Fi allow for external control without need for a handset. Those who prefer using a handset, the optional 8411 Go2Nova? controller is available. Both versions of the HAE29C (std. /*C*or*C*/ EC) have on saddle USB /*C*and*C*/ 12V ports for easier cable management. A quality form fit case is included.
